Our Past…

In 1989, Creative Perceptions was founded in Detroit. A traditional graphic arts shop, Creative Perceptions specialized in floor plan artwork for residential builders. When one builder requested a virtual model home tour for an interactive kiosk, he had no idea that he inspired a spin-off company that would eventually become MediaLab in 1995.

With an early service offering that included floor plans, brochures, virtual home tours and more, MediaLab led the way to revolutionizing digital marketing assets for the architectural design industry. Soon, we began producing 3D product images and animated digital assets, making sure our clients were ahead of the competition with truly engaging and innovative marketing tools — and we have never looked back. For more than 15 years we have led the industry by staying ahead of the ever-changing technological landscape and translating it into solutions for our clients’ needs.
