Ashton Woods took home gold at the 37th Annual OBIE Awards in Atlanta on Nov. 11, 2017 for Best Interactive Tool Builder/Developer. The customized Sales Center Presentation was created by MediaLab for Aria, Ashton Woods’ new live, work and play community in Sandy Springs. Requiring no internet access at all, the tool provides detailed information about the Aria community and can track favorite features of the user.

While Google and Microsoft have paved the way for virtual reality, Apple promises to have the “largest AR platform in the world” with a new feature in their next version of iOS (11) called ARKit. The new technology will build “markerless augmented reality” into native iOS.
