While most people know how important and valuable data is, they also know how overwhelming it can be. Where can I find all of the information? What information is truly important? What platforms should I use? Do I have budget for those platforms? The questions go on and on…
We understand the struggle of finding the answers to these questions. We have to deal with those frustrations, too! For that reason and so many others, our in-house Development team created our Converge platform.
CONVERGE TO THE RESCUE
Converge is one of our latest products that brings it all together. This platform combines various modules, but the two that will help you with your data-driven initiatives are our Reporting and Analytics sections.
Reporting is available to any builder client that partners with us. That’s right. It doesn’t matter if you’re working on one Interactive Floor Plan with us or we’re crafting marketing materials and tools for every single one of your communities. It’s a perk that we offer for free because we know you need that valuable information. Information like:

If that wasn’t enough to make you swoon over the power of data, we’ll make it a little more specific. You see, the info we offer in Converge can help you better engage homebuyers by identifying sales and user activity trends.
One great example of this was brought to our attention by a current client. They noticed that one particular floor plan option was being clicked A TON, but no one ever bought it. With that information, they were able to determine that interest wasn’t the issue behind the lack of buying decisions, it was the price.
CUSTOMIZE TO COMPLETE THE PICTURE
You can get a lot of data from Reporting and Analytics, but sometimes you need even more. That’s why we also offer custom reports to meet specific needs. What do we mean by that? Well, let’s take a look at another client example…
Many of our clients struggle with having information in so many places. That can lead to a lot of frustration and wasted time. Time we know nobody has. So, we partnered with them on a custom report that lets them find exact answers in one platform.
The custom report allows them to find plans based on requirements. For example, they can find what a potential homebuyer is looking for by entering a search for a floor plan that has this square footage, this bed and bath count, and is within this price range.
They are now able to save time by not digging through multiple platforms. And that, ultimately, is helping them sell more homes.
