For our first employee spotlight, we couldn’t think of a better person to sit down with than Kathy Livingston, an Account Management Team Lead. Whether it’s mentoring new Account Managers or working with our production team on hard-hitting deadlines, Kathy is there ready to jump in with a positive attitude and maybe even a few jokes to break the ice.

How long have you been with working with MediaLab?
“10 years and 9 months.”
How has the company changed in the time you’ve been here?
“We have grown, not only in the number of employees, but in our capabilities and product offerings. It’s a good feeling to be part of that change.”
What’s your favorite part of being an Account Management Team Lead?
“I enjoy being able to use the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past decade to coach others and implement improvements for the company.”
Describe the company culture in 3 words.
“Unique – Cool – Casual”
What’s something you think people would be surprised to hear about the company?
“We can wear flip flops to work every day!”
How would the team describe you?
“Friendly, funny and good at math!”
The lighter side of things…
If you could be any celebrity for a day, who would it be and why?
“Not anyone in particular, but I’d love to have the personal stylist, personal assistant and all of the perks.”
Imagine you’re stuck on a deserted island, what’s your soundtrack?
“Totally 80’s! I know the words to every song!”
If you could have any super power, what would it be and why?
“Time travel. Roaring 20s Great Gatsby style, Fun 50s sipping milkshakes at the sock hop and Soulful 70s dancing queen at the disco… I’d love to experience it all!”
Do you have any hidden talents?
“Not sure. If I do, they are very well hidden.”
