If you know a thing or two about MediaLab, then you’ve probably heard we work with some of the nation’s top homebuilders to create everything from beautifully detailed renderings to large-scale sales center presentations.
But… did you know we’re so much more than that?
It’s rare to find yourself amongst people who idolize the Wozniacks, Rands and Ogilvys of the world. But in our office, it’s a given. Our backgrounds are as diverse as our offerings. If you mosey down our halls, you might run into a front-end developer with an art degree or a marketer with a background in entertainment. You’ll definitely run into people from all over the country (and even the world). And that, my friends, is what makes MediaLab so… us.
If you really want to get to know us, first you have to get to know all of our departments. Here’s a quick rundown:
You want a one-stop shop? You got it. Our Architectural Services team completes our full-service capabilities, offering products from concept to creation. That’s right – CAD to Brochures
These Account Managers and Account Coordinators are our liaisons between clients and artists. They know the ins and outs of all brands and outside teams they work with while keeping a close eye on projects – making sure they are completed on time and within budget.
Questions, concerns or suggestions? Core Services is where it’s at. From company parties, policies, and procedures to volunteer events and wellness benefits, it’s all managed at the core.
Think of this group as the champions of MediaLab’s internal and external marketing. Brand growth, event planning, strategy sessions, website maintenance, you name it… these guys do it. While our artists paint the picture, Creative Services tells the story.
Your go-to for custom or product solutions. These masters of code are made up of Project Managers, Developers, QA Specialists, and UI/UX Designers. The “Dev” team manages the software development solutions and maintenance for MediaLab’s interactive products.
You’ve heard that phrase, the one about how technology is only as good as its user. That’s why we’re super thankful for these computer whizzes who endure the heat of the server room and readily respond to Help Desk tickets at the speed of light.
They are not just a department; they are an entire printing business. You’ll have to put on your joggers to keep up with these guys. Downstairs you’ll find our Print group tirelessly at work publishing, packaging, and shipping all kinds of collateral at an unbelievable rate.
Production is our bread and butter. Heck, they’re an entire bakery! These talented artists create all the beautiful imagery for our clients. They are the largest department in the organization, made of 5 sub-departments: Floor Plans, Exteriors, Graphics, Interiors, and Studio.
Formerly R&D, these guys are some of the big brains behind the machine. These trusted individuals spend their time exploring the most cutting-edge technology (did someone say AR/VR?) to ensure MediaLab stays ahead of the competition and delivers the latest and greatest products to our clients.
They are more than just your average sales team. They’re the face of MediaLab and ensure your on-boarding runs smooth as silk. They also make sure our strategic partnership is giving you everything you need to reach your goals.
Sometimes all it takes is bringing the right people together to make it happen. So, what does the X stand for? We like to think of it as an extension of key MediaLab products and services. Through globally-reaching partnerships, we’re able to take on high volume projects with ease.
