When you first get your hands on MySCP, we encourage you to make it your own. Use your brand colors, your logo, even your preferred font style. MySCP will look less like something provided for you and more like something you provided for your customers.

Depending on your access level, you can change every little detail of the presentation, from the color of the text to the color of each page to what pages your customers can see to the names of each page.

MySCP is an all-encompassing sales platform that allows you to showcase everything that would be in your sales center in an online, interactive tool. Think of all the things your buyers can accomplish in one of your sales centers: Pick out their preferred floor plan, select their personal favorite design options, get an idea of the area their new home is located, compare pricing, chat with sales consultants… Now imagine letting your buyers do all of those things digitally.

THEMING

This is probably the best part of MySCP (Well, at least one of the best parts. MySCP does A LOT, it’s hard to pick just one!) Make it your own. Use your brand colors, fonts, icons, logos, and even your button style can be specific to your brand. Every detail in this tool can be customized to your theme. The background, foreground, menu button, alert windows, text, element titles… the list goes on. Dream up your sales centers and then make it reality with a few simple clicks. You can also customize details within each page, including things like idle timeout time, what menus are visible, sales consultant title, hint pop-ups, registration section view, points of interest, and a lot more. You’ll probably want to demo it just to see for yourself how incredibly designed it is.

PAGES

Every page in My Sales Content Platform (MySCP) is customizable, including the pages themselves. Each tool is built with the following pages; Home, Area Map, Community Map, Floor Plans, Brochure, and Energy Efficiency (if applicable). Now, with that said, you can customize what pages are shown, in what order, and the page name. Want the Home page to be titled something else in relation to you brand? Sure. Not interested in sharing a Community Map page? Not a problem. Want to add a totally new page? Go for it. You can also customize details within each page, including things like idle timeout time, what menus are visible, sales consultant title, hint pop-ups, registration section view, points of interest, and a lot more. You’ll probably want to demo it just to see for yourself how incredibly designed it is.
