For over 20 years MediaLab 3D Solutions has created Floor Plans, Exterior Renderings and other award-winning imagery for the homebuilder industry. Traditionally, builders come to us after the home has been designed, Construction Documents have been completed and they now need to be turned into customer-friendly Floor Plans or Renderings. But what many don’t know is that MediaLab also offers Design Development and Construction Documentation.

Through our Architectural Services branch, we work with our clients to create unique, modern home concepts. We evolve those concepts into polished designs and ultimately develop those designs into ready-to-use, all-inclusive Construction Documents (available in AutoCAD and Revit). In other words, MediaLab streamlines the entire home design process from start to finish.
