A Note from Bruce, CEO
At MediaLab 3D Solutions, we’re fortunate to work alongside an incredibly talented team. But creativity like this doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It’s inspired every day by the partnerships we build with our customers—by the trust you place in us and the challenges you bring our way. Thank you for pushing us to think bigger, explore further, and continue raising the bar together. Looking forward to an even better 2026!
One Holiday Challenge.
One Week.
Many Creative Directions.
The Challenge:
Create a holiday-inspired piece based on the words, “Holiday, Warmth, Cold, Togetherness”.
What happens when you give an entire Product Marketing team the same challenge, one week to deliver, and access to every tool they know and love? You get a wide range of results—and a tough decision on what to share. Instead of choosing just one, we’re sharing them all. Expect everything from stunning to playful to laugh-out-loud moments, including a few bloopers we couldn’t resist.
“A view to warmth”

“I wanted to capture a different way to see the world around us. Using a macro shot and reflections to show the small details around us and the warmth behind the camera.”
Dustin – Production Pipeline Manager
“House Warming”

“I had previously created a 3D rendering of a home for Thanksgiving. I wanted to experiment with converting this image into a specific winter holiday scene to test improvements in AI tools for consistency and editability. The AI tools showed variable success, often lacking the precision needed. This still required using either 3D software or Photoshop to correct the issues. Ultimately, a hybrid approach, focusing on controlled 3D with AI support, proved most effective.”
Curtis – VFX Supervisor
“A Simple Task”

“I wanted to explore creating an animation only using the tools available in Canva, including artificial intelligence. No post-production tweaks. No importing anything from another program.”
Stacey – Creative Studio Director
“Elf Race”

“I made a game using AI last year and it was a struggle, so it seemed like a good experiment to see how far AI coding has come by trying to make another one that’s more technically complex. My kids love making their fingers walk like little people, so I thought it would be a fun and funny challenge to have that motion be the controller for the characters. I was most interested in the words “togetherness” and “warmth” in the project prompt, so I made a game that goes out of it’s way to get people close together, moving, and laughing.”
Justin – Senior Product Manager
